- Once a service has been initiated or work has started, no refunds will be issued.
- If a client cancels a service before work begins, a 70% refund may be granted, minus administrative fees.
- In case of performance-based campaigns, results are discussed in advance. Refunds are not applicable for underperformance unless agreed in writing.
2. Digital Products Refund Policy
For downloadable or online digital products (e.g., templates, AI tools, marketing bundles):
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product is delivered or downloaded.
- In case of technical issues or file errors, we will provide support and offer corrected files promptly.
